Summary:
The Electrical Superintendent plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the electrical construction activities within data center projects. Reporting to the Project Manager, the Electrical Superintendent ensures that electrical systems are installed according to specifications, codes, and industry standards. They supervise electrical subcontractors, coordinate with other trades, and maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred).
  • Extensive experience in electrical construction, with a focus on data center projects.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across different departments and levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
