Summary:

Qualifications:
GS-09:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level of a GS-07 in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector performing the following type of work and/or tasks:
Review requisitions to determine method of procurement.
Recommend contracting methods and contract types relating to the performance of pre-award and post-award.
Evaluate bids or proposals for compliance with specifications or purchase descriptions.
Recommend price reasonableness.
Monitor contractor responsibility.
OR master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level of a GS-09 in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector performing the following type of work and/or tasks:
Evaluate market conditions applicable to program and technical requirements sufficient to evaluate bid responsiveness, contractor responsibility and performance.
Identify alternate courses of action by analyzing difficult contractual functions.
Resolve incomplete or conflicting technical, program, and contractor data.
Plan and coordinate procurement activities.

or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.
